The medication will be delivered to your address within 3 hours (upon confirmation of payment). We seek your kind patience and understanding if the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays arising from traffic conditions, bad weather conditions and/or other factors. Please note that the delivery will be fulfilled by a third-party courier service and you will have to verify your identity by presenting your identification card to receive the medication from the courier.
For consultations between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day, please note that the medications will be delivered by 1:00 PM the following day (only applicable for Raffles Medical Group). You may request for an urgent night-time delivery at a surcharge of S$30 and the 3 hours delivery time would apply (upon confirmation of payment).
