  • If I'm an exisiting patient of Raffles Medical, when booking for a specialist appointment follow-up do I book as a new patient or follow-up patient?
  • Can I upload my previous health screening records not conducted by Raffles Medical Group to the app?

  • What if I miss my eQueue when it was called for registration? Will I be given priority to see the next available doctor?
