You may go to your appointment details page and reschedule the appointment.
If you're unable to reschedule your appointment, it may be due to one of three reasons:
- The product is non-reschedulable or non-cancellable
- The period for rescheduling/cancellation has passed. Rescheduling is possible at least 24 hours before the appointment and Cancellation is possible at least 48 hours before the appointment. Some services may require longer than 24/48 hours
- If you’ve made the booking directly from Raffles Medical Website, rescheduling/canceling via the App will not be possible. Please get in touch with Raffles Medical directly to reschedule/cancel your appointment.
